Bio

Theodora is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and a statutory auditor licenced by ICPAC. She has been with George Kaimakliotis & Co. Ltd since 2014, where from 2021 she serves as a Senior Manager, specialising in the audit of financial statements under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) and International Accounting Standards (IASs) for both local entities and companies with foreign interests. She also has extensive experience in corporate tax matters and over 7 years of experience in matters relating to Provident Funds registered in Cyprus. Since joining the firm in 2014, she has developed a thorough understanding of IFRSs, as well as direct and indirect taxation matters, and is recognized as a go-to professional for complex IFRS issues. Dedicated to continuous professional development, Theodora is currently enhancing her expertise in the use of data analytics in auditing, reflecting her commitment to innovation and quality in service delivery. She has also served as a member of the firm’s Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team, holding the position of Assistant Compliance Officer.
