    George Kaimakliotis & Co Ltd seeks to employ an Assistant Manager or Manager depending on the level of experience for the Tax Department in Larnaca, as shown below:

    Job Overview:

    • Responsible for overseeing and delivering Cyprus income tax compliance engagements for a broad portfolio of local and international clients, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient service delivery.

    Responsibilities

    • Review corporate income tax returns and tax computations for Cyprus tax resident companies.
    • Ensure timely submission of Tax Returns, Provisional Tax, Defence Tax and other statutory forms (IR4, IR7, TD602/TD603, etc.).
    • Handle tax compliance queries and communication with the Cyprus Tax Department.
    • Monitor legislative and procedural updates issued by the Cyprus Tax Department.
    • Identify tax risks or planning opportunities during the compliance process and flag them to the tax advisory team.
    • Ensure compliance with the provisions of Article 33 and transfer pricing related obligations (e.g., Summary Information Table – SIT).
    • Support clients with tax registration/deregistration, issuance of tax residency certificates, TRC forms, etc.
    • Initiate and complete Tax Due Diligences and Tax Clearances procedures.
    • Assist with capital statements and declarations for individuals, where required.

    Requirements

    • 3–6 years of experience in Cyprus Tax Compliance department.
    • Knowledge of Local Tax Regulations and Legislation.
    • Tax Compliance, Tax Preparation, and Tax Law skills.
    • Strong understanding of finance and financial analysis.
    • Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • ACA/ACCA/ADIT qualification is preferred.
