    Audit & Assurance Department - Graduate Auditor

    George Kaimakliotis & Co. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Auditor to join our Audit & Assurance team. This role is ideal for recent university graduates who are looking to start their career in audit and gain practical experience in a professional, dynamic, and supportive environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the execution of audit assignments in accordance with International Standards on Auditing.
    • Support the audit team in performing audit procedures for companies across a range of industries.
    • Review financial information and assist in assessing compliance with applicable accounting, tax, and legal requirements.
    • Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation.
    • Assist in the evaluation of internal controls and identification of areas for improvement.

    Requirements

    Job Overview:

    • Entry-level role designed for recent university graduates.

    Responsibilities

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Graduate Tax Associate located in Larnaca.
    • Assist in the preparation and submission of Cyprus income tax returns, temporary tax calculations and defence tax forms.
    • Support in the preparation of Summary Information Tables (SIT) for transfer pricing compliance.
    • Support the payroll team and assisting in social insurance matters and PAYE matters.
    • Liaise with the Cyprus Tax Department and other authorities on client matters.
    • Assist in tax registrations, tax residency certificate applications, and due diligence procedures.
    • Maintain and update internal records, ensuring deadlines and obligations are met.
